Ineligible Areas in Arizona

Prescott Valley Area Office

Commencing at the Point of Beginning which is the intersection of Pioneer Parkway and the Prescott Corporate Limits (at the intersection of the Airport Connector - State Route 89A and State Route 89) then generally north, northeast, south, east and south along the Prescott Corporate Limits to their intersection with the Prescott Valley Corporate Limits, then generally north, east and south along the Prescott Valley Corporate Limits to their intersection with State Route 69, then southeast along the centerline of State Route 69, then east along the Prescott Valley Corporate Limits to their intersection with Fain Rd, then south along the centerline of Fain Rd to the intersection of Fain Rd with the Prescott Valley Corporate Limits (near State Highway 69), then generally west and south along the Prescott Valley Corporate Limits to their intersection with the centerline of N Ensenada St, then south along the centerline of N Ensenada St. to its intersection with the Dewey-Humbolt Corporate Limits, then east, south and west along the Dewey-Humbolt Corporate Limits to their intersection with the Prescott National Forest Boundary, then north, west and north along the Prescott National Forest Boundary to its intersection with the south boundary of Section 18 of R 2 W - T 14 N, then east along the south boundary of Section 18 of R 2 W - T 14 N and the south boundary of Section 17 of R 2 W - T 14 N to its intersection with the centerline of Williamson Valley Rd, then north along the centerline of Williamson Valley Rd to its intersection with W O'Neal Rd, then north and east along W O'Neal Rd to its intersection with N Bailey Ave, then south along the centerline of N Bailey Ave and Cliff Rose Rd, then southeast along the extended centerline of W Cliff Rose Rd to the Prescott Corporate Limits, then east along the Prescott Corporate Limits to their intersection with Pioneer Parkway, then east along the centerline of Pioneer Parkway to the Point of Beginning.

The subdivisions known as Coyote Crest and Mingus West lie within the Corporate Limits of Prescott Valley and are ineligible. The Grape Vine Industrial Park lies within the Corporate Limits of Prescott Valley and is ineligible.

The Yavapai Indian Reservation is not a part of the ineligible area.

Phoenix Area Office

All that area lying within the following described boundary. Starting at a point where an extension of the centerline of Honda Bow Rd westward intersects Interstate 17, then east along said extension to its intersection with 7th St, then north along the extended centerline of 7th St to its intersection with the Tonto National Forest Boundary, then east along the Tonto National Forest Boundary to its intersection with the northernmost corporate limit of Scottsdale, then generally east and south along the Scottsdale corporate limit to its intersection with the northwest corner of the McDowell Mountain Park Boundary, then east and south along the McDowell Mountain Park Boundary to its intersection with the north boundary of the Fort McDowell Indian Reservation, then generally south and west along the west boundary of the Fort McDowell Indian Reservation to its intersection with the Salt River, then east along the Salt River to the Fort McDowell Reservation Boundary, then east and north along the Fort McDowell Reservation Boundary to the Salt River, then east along the Salt River to the Tonto National Forest Boundary, then generally south and east along the Tonto National Forest Boundary to Meridian Rd, then south along the centerline of Meridian Rd. to its intersection with Lost Dutchman Rd, then east along the centerline of Lost Dutchman Rd to its intersection with Goldfield Rd then south along the centerline of Goldfield Rd to its intersection with Baseline Rd, then west along the centerline of Baseline Rd to its intersection with the Maricopa/Pinal County Line (Meridian Rd), then south along the Maricopa/Pinal County Line to its intersection with Germann Rd, then west along the centerline of Germann Rd. to its intersection with Power Rd, then south along the centerline of Power Rd. to its intersection with Ocotillo Rd, then west along the centerline of Ocotillo Rd. to its intersection with Higley Rd, then north along the centerline of Higley Rd. to its intersection with Queen Creek Rd, then west along the centerline of Queen Creek Rd. to its intersection with Gilbert Rd, then south along the centerline of Gilbert Rd. to its intersection with the Maricopa/Pinal County Line, then west along the Maricopa/Pinal County Line to its intersection with Price Rd, then north along the centerline of Price Rd to its intersection with the north boundary of the Gila River Indian Reservation, then west and northwest along the north boundary of the Gila River Indian Reservation to the Salt River, then west along the Salt River to its intersection with the corporate limit of Avondale, then south and west along the corporate limit of Avondale to its intersection with the corporate limit of Goodyear, then generally south, east and northwest along the corporate limit of Goodyear to the Salt River, then west along the Salt River to the corporate limit of Buckeye, then tracing the corporate limit of Buckeye south west and north to its intersection with State Route 85, then north along the centerline of State Route 85 to its intersection with Old US Highway 80, then west along the centerline of Old US Highway 80 to its intersection with Wilson Rd, then north along the centerline of Wilson Rd to its intersection with Lower River Rd, then west along the centerline of Lower River Rd to the Hassayampa River, then north along the Hassayampa River to the corporate limit of Buckeye, then north along the corporate limit of Buckeye to the Hassayampa River, then north along the Hassayampa River to the corporate limit of Buckeye, then generally north and east along the corporate limit of Buckeye to its intersection with the corporate limit of Surprise, then generally east and north along the corporate limit of Surprise to its intersection with 179th Ave, then north along the centerline of 179th Ave to its intersection with the corporate limit of Peoria, then north and west along the corporate limit of Peoria to its intersection with the corporate limit of Phoenix, then generally west and south along the corporate limit of Phoenix to the Point of Beginning.

Ineligible Areas in Arizona

Kingman Satellite Office

The ineligible area constitutes that area lying within the Corporate Limits of Kingman, AZ, existing as of the May 1, 2008.

The Ineligible Area also includes the area lying within the following boundary: Beginning at the point of intersection of N Bond St. and Jagerson Ave, then East along the centerline of Jagerson Ave. to its intersection with Marshall Dr, then South along the centerline of Marshall Dr. to its intersection with Thompson Ave, then East along the centerline of Thompson Ave. to its intersection with Norrie Dr, then north along the centerline of Norrie Dr. to its intersection with Jagerson Ave, then East along the centerline of Jagerson Ave. to its intersection with Rose Dr, then South along the centerline of Rose Dr. to its intersection with Thompson Ave, then Southeast along the centerline of Thompson Ave. to its intersection with US Highway 66, then Southwest along the centerline of US Highway 66 to its intersection with the Centerline of Gordon Dr, then East along the extended centerline of Gordon Drive to its intersection with the Kingman Corporate Limits, then following the Kingman Corporate Limits generally west, north and east to the Point of Beginning.
