Commencing at the Point of Beginning which is the intersection of Pioneer Parkway and the Prescott Corporate Limits (at the intersection of the Airport Connector - State Route 89A and State Route 89) then generally north, northeast, south, east and south along the Prescott Corporate Limits to their intersection with the Prescott Valley Corporate Limits, then generally north, east and south along the Prescott Valley Corporate Limits to their intersection with State Route 69, then southeast along the centerline of State Route 69, then east along the Prescott Valley Corporate Limits to their intersection with Fain Rd, then south along the centerline of Fain Rd to the intersection of Fain Rd with the Prescott Valley Corporate Limits (near State Highway 69), then generally west and south along the Prescott Valley Corporate Limits to their intersection with the centerline of N Ensenada St, then south along the centerline of N Ensenada St. to its intersection with the Dewey-Humbolt Corporate Limits, then east, south and west along the Dewey-Humbolt Corporate Limits to their intersection with the Prescott National Forest Boundary, then north, west and north along the Prescott National Forest Boundary to its intersection with the south boundary of Section 18 of R 2 W - T 14 N, then east along the south boundary of Section 18 of R 2 W - T 14 N and the south boundary of Section 17 of R 2 W - T 14 N to its intersection with the centerline of Williamson Valley Rd, then north along the centerline of Williamson Valley Rd to its intersection with W O'Neal Rd, then north and east along W O'Neal Rd to its intersection with N Bailey Ave, then south along the centerline of N Bailey Ave and Cliff Rose Rd, then southeast along the extended centerline of W Cliff Rose Rd to the Prescott Corporate Limits, then east along the Prescott Corporate Limits to their intersection with Pioneer Parkway, then east along the centerline of Pioneer Parkway to the Point of Beginning.

The subdivisions known as Coyote Crest and Mingus West lie within the Corporate Limits of Prescott Valley and are ineligible. The Grape Vine Industrial Park lies within the Corporate Limits of Prescott Valley and is ineligible.

The Yavapai Indian Reservation is not a part of the ineligible area.
