"What's
New" Issue
May 11, 2004
- For both
2.63 and 3.0: Don’t restore databases
unless you have talked to CDC and understand
the ramifications of restoring an old database!
It may impact your ability to transmit orders!
- You can
enter distributions without using your mouse!
Use the space bar to pull down the dropdown
boxes
- The workaround
for pulling an Individual Transactions Report
using one vaccine or one provider: Use the
Summary of Transactions by Vaccine or Summary
of Doses Distributed by Lot Number report
to gather the data.
- Run a “Varicella
Orders Sent to CDC, not Yet Shipped”
report to assure your varicella orders are
up to date. Any orders two weeks old or older
should be brought to CDC’s attention.
- For employees
who have left your program – you can
now delete them from your security database.
After you mark them for deletion, pack all
databases.
