Healthy Purdue 2008 is finished. Participants who completed a HealthPath Questionnaire and five apples by November 7 as part of Healthy Purdue 2008 have earned $250 (before taxes) to be paid on the employee’s paycheck in early 2009. Employees who leave Purdue or retire before the financial incentive is paid will not receive payment. They must be working at Purdue in benefit-eligible status at the time of the incentive payment to receive the $250 (before taxes).
Healthy Purdue 2009 will include a wellness screening, the HealthPath Questionnaire, and apples as one integrated program. The reward for completion will integrate into your health plan benefit in 2010.
Further details for Healthy Purdue 2009 will be released in late January. Participants can get started now by registering for a wellness screening and campus offerings.
