Overview


The New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT)’s new audit policy allows for the timely auditing of Cost Plus Fixed Fee contracts. This policy will directly benefit the NJDOT vendor community by improving cash management through the timely disposition of claims and collections. The policy will reduce record keeping, storage requirements and administrative effort.
