Conference fee

$250.00 USD   (if received by November 30, 2008)
$300.00 USD   (Dec. 1, 2008-Jan. 9, 2009)
$325.00 USD (after Jan. 9, 2009; must register on-site at the conference check-in desk)

The conference fee includes the welcome reception, attendance to all sessions, morning and afternoon refreshments, lunches, and the conference tour.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be in writing. Any cancellations received after November 30, 2008 will incur a $50.00 USD fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after January 2, 2009.
