Research Project: Linkage Disequilibrium Analysis in Southern U.S. Rice Lines

Start Date: Jan 15, 2006
End Date: Jan 14, 2010

Objective:
To do linkage disequilibrium studies in rice mainly using lines used in southern rice production. MSU will conduct phenotypic analysis.

Approach:
DNA markers spanning the whole genome will be run on 384 lines approximately 120. MSU will conduct phenotypic scoring of this material.
