Admissions

The comprehensiveness of the College of Menominee Nation’s academic offerings provides opportunities for training and education for a broad range of abilities. Applications for admissions are accepted on an “on-going” basis for all terms. The college seeks to admit students in a manner to best meet their educational needs, to ensure success and to allow students to grow in a holistic manner. A graduated late fee will be added to late admission requests. Applications for admission are ongoing for the fall and spring semesters, as well as for summer sessions. The College Of Menominee Nation is an open door institution, offering an educational opportunity to students of all backgrounds.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Individuals are eligible for admission to CMN if they have:
• Graduated from an accredited high school; or
• Completed a GED or HSED certificate; or
• Met the ability to benefit standard.

Home Schooled applicants will be individually considered based on coursework completed, placement test scores, and additional information as requested by the Admissions Office.

ADMISSION PROCEDURES
• Complete a CMN admissions application
• Submit placement test scores. The College of Menominee Nation requires new students to complete the Accuplacer Placement Test to identify skill levels in Math and English prior to course registration. The Accuplacer Placement Test is offered at both College of Menominee Nations Campuses by appointment. Neither the ACT nor SAT tests are required for admission to CMN; however, transfer schools may require them.
• Submit official transcript from high school or GED/HSED
• Submit official transcripts from other post secondary institutions, if applicable
• Submit official verification of tribal enrollment, if applicable
