Vision:
The vision of the FW AoE is that people of Michigan will be well-informed
stewards of the state’s fisheries, wildlife and related natural resources.
Values of the FW AoE:
We value leadership in developing collaborative, multidisciplinary,
research-based, community-driven education that fosters stewardship of diverse
ecosystems that sustain fisheries, wildlife and related natural resources
for stakeholders.
Goals of the FW AoE:
1) To improve knowledge, understanding
and application of fisheries, wildlife and related natural resources management
among stakeholders.
2) To support and strengthen youth development,
family-based and community-based programs in fisheries, wildlife and related
natural resources.
3) To advance personal and professional
development opportunities in fisheries, wildlife and related natural resources.
4) To support, conduct and share fisheries, wildlife
and related natural resources research based on community needs.
