New 'Science Class' ROV: Kraken2
Despite frigid winds over 30 miles per hour, the National Undersea Research Center at the University of Connecticut successfully conducted sea trials of the Kraken2 (or K2) its new “science class” remotely operated vehicle (ROV) in Long Island Sound from October 28-31 2008.
