Join the Consortium

The Healthy Vision Consortium is an alliance of organizations committed to the eye health of all Americans by supporting the vision objectives in Healthy People 2010. These organizations consist of key national, state, and local organizations representing the professional, voluntary, and business sectors.

Members of the Consortium have included the Healthy Vision 2010 vision objectives into their organization's mission. It is their goal to take the message of these objectives into every community and workplace.

To join the Healthy Vision Consortium, complete the registration form. NOTE: To make changes to an existing Consortium Member description, please send an e-mail message to Linda Huss, lmh@nei.nih.gov.

As a member, you will receive updates on the Healthy Vision 2010 and Healthy People 2010 activities.
