San Juan, Puerto Rico, May 31, 2006--José Otero-García, Puerto Rico State Director, announced the construction of a sanitary sewer system in the municipality of Yabucoa.

This sanitary sewer system will serve over 259 families and over 7 rural businesses at Community Ingenio, Aguacate Ward in the municipality of Yabucoa.

This sanitary sewer system is necessary to maintain public health of the people living within the service area and to help build more residences and business in the area.
