Fisheries Projects at the Alaska Science Center - Biological Science Office are extensive and diverse.  They are organized in four different ways to help you find the project you are interested in.

Ecosystem - Projects are organized by the ecosystem in which the research is conducted.  For the Alaska Science Center - Biological Science Office Fisheries projects, the ecosystems used are marine and freshwater.  Projects falling under both systems will be cross-referenced under both categories.

Location - Locations are divided into sectors of the state of Alaska and outside the state.

Species - Fish species include all species of salmon and trout and various marine fishes.

SIS Project Number - The Science Information System (USGS) organizes projects by number.
