Pastos & Paisajes

Pastos & Paisajes is a quarterly bilingual (Spanish/English) newsletter serving the green industry. The newsletter covers topics related to general soils and plants, landscape maintenance, lawn care, integrated pest management (IPM), and pesticide use and safety. The newsletter is a balance of articles with seasonal interest and those with year-round appeal. Articles will prove useful to both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking members of the green industry.

An English-Spanish glossary of terms and phrases is included for those interested in improving their language skills in a second language. Also, the newsletter is formatted with English and Spanish versions of the same article appearing side by side. This gives the reader the opportunity of picking up words and phrases in a second language.

The newsletter is not currently available by mail or e-mail subscription. Back issues can be downloaded for free from this web site.

Pastos & Paisajes es un boletín bilingüe (español/inglés) sirviendo a la industria verde. El boletín cubre los temas relacionados a suelos y plantas en general, a el cuidado de paisaje y césped, a la administración (IPM) integrada de peste, y al uso y seguridad de pesticidas. El boletín es un balance de articulos con el interés estacional y los que aplican el año entero. Los articulos seran útil para miembros de la industria verde comunidad que hablen inglés o español.

Un glosario de términos y frases en inglés-español está incluido para los que estan interesado en mejorar sus habilidades en un segundo idioma. También, el boletín es producido en un formato con versiones en inglés y español del mismo en la misma pagina. Esto da al lector la oportunidad de aprender palabras y frases en un segundo idioma.
