Mentoring Partnership for Conservation Leadership

Participants in the Mentoring Partnership for Conservation Leadership program recently gathered in Washington D.C. for a day-long meeting that included remarks by Chief Lancaster followed by lunch and a Q&A with the Chief.  Mentors and protégés from throughout the agency learned about mentor roles and responsibilities, protégé roles and responsibilities, and how both can sharpen their skills to maximize the benefits of the program.
