to run for governor in 2010. Dayton served one term in the U.S. Senate from 2001-2006.
The court proceedings into Republican
Norm Coleman's election lawsuit will begin next Wednesday. Attorneys for the Coleman and Franken campaigns met privately this morning with the three judges who will hear the case.
Minnesota hospitals reported 312 serious
problems - including 18 patient deaths - in the last year, according to an annual report released Friday. The increase is due in part to expanded reporting requirements under state law.
