Current Issues

Request for Comments -- EPA is requesting comments by February 9, 2009 on the Site Management and Monitoring Plans for the Dam Neck Dump Site and the Norfolk Dump Site. It is the responsibility of EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers to monitor and manage Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Sites.
