Business Development / Rural Business and Cooperative Programs

Rural Development's Rural Business and Cooperative Programs are designed to assist rural America in building local economies by increasing job opportunities and developing small and emerging private businesses. Our programs generally assist businesses located in towns with a population of 50,000 or less. Rural Development provides guaranteed loans, loans for re-lending programs and financial assistance for economic development and rural towns and non-profit corporations.
