SINGLE FAMILY HOUSING

For the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development staff the challenge of Single Family Housing and Multi-family Housing programs is to provide affordable housing opportunities to very low, low and moderate-income households in the rural areas of Utah.  In order to accomplish this task Rural Development has established partnerships with local conventional lenders, non-profit organizations, and other federal and state agencies.  Utah is fortunate to have a broadly based resource that significantly impacts affordable housing in our State.
