Delivery time normally 5-7 business days

Most orders are delivered to your door anywhere in the United States in 5-7 business days. If you have not received your product within 10 business days, please contact us at customerservice@ntis.gov or call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-584-8332 or (703) 605-6050.

NTIS also offers its customers a Rush Service option (telephone orders only - not available for online ordering or subscriptions). Using RUSH service, orders are processed by NTIS within one business day and then shipped by overnight courier to addresses within the U.S. or by airmail to addresses outside of the U.S. This service is available for an additional fee. Delivery time outside the U.S.

Orders are shipped via airmail to a delivery point within your country and then sent by surface mail to your address. In some countries, the internal surface mail delivery can be slow. NTIS offers regular airmail service directly to your address for an additional fee (Airmail options). This faster air mail option is not available through online ordering.

Return Policy

NTIS electronically stores many of the 3 million items in our collection and custom-reproduces a single copy specifically for your order. Therefore, NTIS does not accept cancellations, requests for modifications, or returns for credit or refund. All sales are final. NTIS strives to provide quality products, reliable service, and fast delivery. Please contact us for a replacement within 30 days if the item you receive is defective or if we have made an error in filling your order.
