The Department is currently conducting its Annual Prevailing Wage Survey for state-funded construction projects. The Department mailed out approximately 2500 survey forms to contractors and various interested parties.

Delaware and 10 other Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states have committed to developing a regional Low Carbon Fuel Standard in order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from fuels for vehicles and other uses, Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control Secretary John A. Hughes announced today.

"Renewing a State of Delaware business license online is convenient to taxpayers and saves the state money," says Division of Revenue Director Patrick Carter, who estimates online renewals have helped Delaware save thousands in paper and processing costs in the past four years.
