With entries closing on Friday, February 6, this is your chance to nominate an outstanding youth for the 2009 Governor's Outstanding Youth Volunteer Service Awards.

The Department of Technology and Information (DTI) launched Delaware state government's first Green IT website and invited all Delawareans to join the "Green Army," and realize the benefits of energy cost reductions and other technology-driven savings.

Governor-elect Jack Markell challenges all Delawareans to unite to create a better Delaware through volunteerism. Volunteers can visit www.BetterDelaware.org to find volunteer opportunities throughout the state and record their hours of service.
