Manage and Protect Our Historic, Natural and Cultural Resources
The Presidio Trust is a non-profit Federal government corporation
that manages and protects the historic, natural, and cultural
resources of the Presidio as part of the National Park System. The
Presidio, a former military post, is the breathtakingly beautiful
Federal parkland at the southern end of the Golden Gate Bridge in San
Francisco.
The Trust is now beginning recruitment for the 2001 Summer Intern
Program. We are looking for motivated undergraduate and graduate
students in a variety of fields. Each intern will be paid $12.00/hour,
with shared housing available. Length of employment is 10 to 12
weeks, at 40 hours per week, starting June 4,2001.
