The 2008 CSREES Administrative Officers' Conference was held May 4-8, 2008 at the Savannah Marriott Riverfront Hotel in historic Savannah, Georgia. The conference theme was "A Proud Tradition: A Promising Future."
2007
The 2007 CSREES Administrative Officers' Conference was hosted by Washington State University, in Seattle Washington, April 22 - 26, 2007.

The 2006 CSREES Administrative Officers' Conference was held in Rapid City, SD, from April 30 - May 4, 2006. The Planning Committee created the breakout matrix below for the 2006 Conference.
2005
The 2005 CSREES Administrative Officers' Conference, hosted by the North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University, was held in Greensboro, NC, April 24-28, 2005.

2004
The 2004 CSREES Administrative Officers' Conference, hosted by the University of Rhode Island, was held at the Hyatt Regency Newport, April 18-22, 2004. The conference provided state participants with the opportunity to share information with their peers in budget, finance, grants management, and human resources management.
