Credits.    The Sismalp network was funded between 1987 and 1993 by the Isère county council (conseil général de l'Isère), the 1989–1993 State–Rhone-Alpes-region plan contract, the delegation for major hazards (French ministry of the Environment), and Institut national des sciences de l'Univers. Its running costs are supported by several county councils (Isère, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, Haute-Savoie, Ain, and Savoie), the Grenoble observatory, and the French national seismic monitoring network.
