Wheat

The United States is a major wheat-producing country, with output typically exceeded only by China, the European Union, and sometimes India. Wheat ranks third in farm value among all U.S. field crops and about half of the crop is exported. ERS economists provide market analysis and research on domestic and global wheat markets, including supply, demand, and trade.
