Poultry & Eggs

The U.S. poultry industry is one of the world's largest producers and exporters of poultry meat, and is also a major egg producer. Poultry and egg production is expected to expand in the coming years as domestic demand grows for relatively low-cost, healthy, and convenient meat products and foreign demand is boosted by ongoing trade liberalization and economic growth.

Products Markets in 2005 and Forecasts for 2006—This report examines how uncertainty continues to shape the forecasts for animal products markets and trade in 2006.
