Complaints Resolution and Internal Compliance Team (Title VII)

The mission of the Title VII team is to ensure equal opportunity in Federal employment through the outreach and training of employees and managers on the prevention of discrimination in the work place because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age, sexual orientation or reprisal. Additionally, the team manages the Agency's Discrimination Complaints program in accordance with Equal Employment Opportunity Commission regulations by providing an avenue of redress for employees and applicants for employment to resolve complaints of discrimination at the lowest possible level in as short a period as possible.
