The National Response Center (NRC) has made available yearly data files for download and off-line management.  Each file represents a particular calendar year and contains data related to incidents which occurred during that year.  Further instructions and file structures are contained within the README file that can be found  here.  Each file is zipped and will produce an .xls and a readme.html file upon execution.  The files are compliant with United States Coast Guard Freedom of Information Act rules and regulations.  There are instances where the NRC has added columns to the database.  As a result, there may be no data in some columns for the preceding years. 

The PDF Reports should NOT be submitted to the NRC via fax or mail. They were created for use in Training and/or Response Plans, or as a guide when contacting the NRC.
