The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) will publish the United States and Canadian Potatoes report today at 3 p.m. EST. This special report is a result of a joint effort by NASS and Statistics Canada to provide additional information on potato production in North America. The publication will include data on area planted and harvested, yield, production, utilized production, market year average price and value of sales for the United States and Canada.
