Fisheries Program

Caribou-Targhee National Forest Thanks for your interest in the Caribou-Targhee National Forest Fisheries Program. Our Forest is a world-class fishing destination made up of legendary waters such as the Henrys Fork and South Fork Snake River and miles and miles of everyone's favorite trout streams. Whether you are into angling, camping, hiking, swimming, or wildlife viewing, we invite you to come experience our waters.

Our responsibilities as Fisheries Biologists for the Caribou-Targhee National Forest include the exploration, protection, and restoration of our fish resources and their habitat. We feel that outreach is an important element of our duties and, because of it, we encourage you to contact us if you require our assistance.
