RADAR DATA FROM CUBA...INDICATE THAT MAJOR HURRICANE PALOMA LIKELY
MADE LANDFALL NEAR SANTA CRUZ DEL SUR CUBA AS A STRONG CATEGORY 3
HURRICANE WITH MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS NEAR 125 MPH...200 KM/HR.
