New & Updated Publications

This publication is a reference handbook of organic resources in the South, covering the states of Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee. The publication includes certification agencies, educational and outreach resources, certified organic operations, suppliers of inputs for organic farms, and an introduction to organic research. The document was developed in collaboration with the Independent Organic Inspectors Association, with support from the USDA Risk Management Agency.
