Section 581 of Division D of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2004 (Public Law 108-199) requires Treasury to report to the appropriate congressional committees describing the actions taken by each multilateral development institution to implement the policy goals specified in Section 581 and further actions needed to meet these goals.
