State Funded Programs

The State Aid Program is one method by which the Department can work with county and municipal governments to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the state’s transportation system. The Transportation Trust Fund has provided the opportunity for State assistance to local governments for road, bridge, and other transportation projects.
