NOTE: OS
work computer browser (internet explorer) settings are updated by your IT
Office. Submit an IT help
desk ticket if you are having technical difficulties using DOI LEARN on
your work computer. If you
are having technical difficulties using DOI LEARN from home, please refer
to this Browser settings document to adjust your home browser
settings.
MANDATORY TRAINING REQUIREMENTS FOR 2008
The
2008 Federal Information Systems Security Awareness Training, 2008
Orientation to the Privacy Act, 2008 Records Management Awareness, and
2007 Discrimination and Whistle blowing in the Workplace (No Fear)
courses are currently available on the DOI LEARN system. If you are
required to complete theses courses, they have been assigned to you in a
learning plan and you can access them by logging into DOI LEARN,
selecting the "My Courses" tab, selecting the “On-Line
Courses” tab/link, and selecting the course title link for the
course you want to complete. Refer to the tutorial above called
“How to Complete Mandatory Training”, if needed.

If
you have trouble logging in or using the site, refer to the tutorials
first. If you still have problems, contact your OS DOI LEARN Data
Steward at 202-208-7274. For system specific problems, contact the vendor
help desk at 866-466-1998 or e-mail them at doilearn@geolearning.com .
