Animal Ethics InfoLink
This Australian Web site provides links to information for researchers, teachers and members of Animal Ethics Committees (similar to IACUCs) about accreditation and licensing, the 3Rs, and education and training as well as guidelines on a range of issues including animal care, animal supply, and procedures such as blood collection and wildlife research.

Australian and New Zealand Council for the Care of Animals in Research and Teaching (ANZCCART)
The goals of ANZCCART are to promote the responsible use of animals in research and teaching and encourage informed discussion within the community.

European Centre for the Validation of Alternative Methods (ECVAM)

Scientific and technical animal welfare organization working to improve the welfare of animals kept as pets, in zoos, laboratories, and on farms and of wild animals with which we interact. UFAW funds research, holds symposia, and produces publications on animal welfare.
