Call the California Department of Insurance if you need the emergency hotline for your insurance company. From inside California 800-927-HELP (4357), from outside California 213-897-8921, TDD 800-482-4833.
Mail Delivery
Call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) to change your address or for mail delivery service information in southern California. You can change your addresswith the U.S. Postal Service.
Gas Gouging
Call 1-800-244-3301 if you believe there may be gas price-gouging, or price-fixing.
Mental Health Crisis Counseling
Call 1-800-273-TALK (1-800-273-8255), TTY 1-800-799-4889, if you or a loved one are in emotional distress or suicidal in the aftermath of the disaster. You will be connected to a trained counselor at a suicide crisis center nearest you. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in English and Spanish. (Department of Health and Human Services)

Federal Employees and Retirees Impacted by Wildfires
Federal employees and retirees can call the Office of Personnel Management at 1-800-307-8298 for help with delivery of benefits, health insurance, pay and leave issues, teleworking, and disaster assistance. Lines are open 7 days a week from 7am to 9pm, Pacific Time.
