How Do I Access My Account?
To access your account, simply click on "Sign In," "Register" or "My Account" at the top of any page on SmithsonianStore.com. Type in your email and password to access your personal profile, address book, billing information, order status and history, and wish list.
Forgot your password? Click on the "forgot your password" link on the sign in page and type in your email address. An email containing your password will be sent to the email address entered.
Please note, for security purposes any credit card information saved in your account will be cleared from the account when your password is sent.
