How do I use my Smithsonian Institution member discount? As a Smithsonian member, you always receive the member price (a 10% discount) on all purchases at SmithsonianStore.com. During the checkout process, identify yourself as a member in your shopping cart and the member price (which includes your 10% discount) will automatically be reflected when you update your shopping cart and/or go to checkout. Please note that member discount is not valid for gift certificates and membership purchases. When will I receive my membership card? I have not received my magazine - when will it start? Normal processing takes about 4-6 weeks from when payment is made. The membership card and information normally goes out within 30 days. I have moved and want to change my address. You can contact Palm Coast Data at webmail@palmcoastd.com. Please have your original and new addresses available. I bought a gift membership. Will I be notified when they receive it? Will the gift recipient know who sent it? The gift recipient will receive a gift card indicating the subscription is from you. The donor does not get a notification from us.
