The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is inviting Corps employees, those of other federal agencies, and those from the private sector to consider serving our country as a civilian in GRD's South District.
Important work is being conducted to rebuild Iraq's infrastructure and a variety of specialties are required.

Since 2003, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has conducted a youth deer hunt at Keystone and Heyburn lakes which is made possible through a collaborative effort with the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation. Hunters are chosen randomly through ODWC and notified of their hunt's location. The hunt has six youth participants who are escorted to their hunting blinds by Corps personnel. On Nov. 13, 2008, Lake Texoma rangers and staff honored volunteers for their outstanding service across the entire lake. They were awarded based on the number of hours they worked, which totaled more than 6,200 between April and September of 2008.
