Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of agricultural, forestry, aquacultural, and related workers. May supervise helpers assigned to these workers. Supervisors are generally found in smaller establishments where they perform both supervisory and management functions, such as accounting, marketing, and personnel work, and may also engage in the same work as the workers they supervise. Exclude work leaders who spend 20 percent or more of their time at tasks similar to those of the employees under their supervision and report them in the occupations which are most closely related to their specific work duties. Exclude landscaping, lawn service, and groundskeeping supervisors/managers. |
