Take A Closer Look

Our next Earth Day celebration in downtown Dallas is just around the corner!

EarthFest 2008 is taking place between 10:00am and 2:00pm on Friday, April 18, in the AT&T and Pegasus Plaza areas of downtown Dallas. "Take a Closer Look" is our theme this year and we'll be bringing in exhibitors that focus on a variety of environmental topics and issues. You'll get a chance to learn about environmentally friendly gardening plants, sustainable building, recycling of electronics, earth-friendly products for the home, high efficiency/low impact transportation options, and much more. Local musicians, Vocal Trash, and food vendors will also be present for this exciting celebration. Partners include the City of Dallas, Downtown Dallas, Keep Dallas Beautiful, and EPA Region 6.

Several items will be collected by various exhibitors for recycling. Please bring what you can to have them recycled and/or disposed of properly. Thanks!
