From John Mitzewich:

I hope to share with you, my love and passion for food, especially American food. I'm always reading, researching and continuing to learn about food and cooking. I have filmed over 200 video recipes that I share online on my blog Food Wishes Video Recipes, as well as written countless articles on food and cooking.

I really enjoy teaching others about food. I am very proud of my reputation among those who had me as a teacher at culinary school. My ability to reach and inspire others gave me courage to leave the school and take this approach to the online culinary realm.
