$33,700 to arrange and describe archival records held in the Mobile

$74,379 to establish a records management/archives program for the
City of Birmingham and to provide a model for other large cities in Alabama,

$25,000 to analyze the current condition of historical records in the
state, identify problems, frame potential solutions, and outline actions
