On November 15, 2006, USAID submitted its FY 2006 Performance and Accountability Report (PAR) to OMB. The PAR provides performance results and audited financial statements that enable Congress, the President, and the public to assess the performance of the Agency in achieving its mission and stewardship of its resources. In the Independent Auditor’s Report, you will find that the Agency earned an unqualified or "clean" audit opinion. This demonstrates USAID’s commitment to ensuring appropriate financial management of customer and taxpayer monies.
The FY 2006 PAR consists of the Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) Section, which serves as a brief overview of the entire PAR, followed by the Performance Section, Financial Section, Other Accompanying Information Section, and two appendices.

Addendum
The FY 2006 Performance and Accountability Report (PAR) Addendum captures final performance data for those indicators that reported preliminary results in the full PAR issued in November 2006.
