Web Site Survey

This survey was developed to measure your level of satisfaction with NOAA's Office of Response and Restoration (OR&R) Web offerings. It consists of 12 questions (mostly multiple choice), and should take about 5 minutes to complete. You do not need to answer every question: you can skip questions if you like.

No personally identifiable information is gathered through this survey. Your answers are anonymous and will be combined with those of other users to provide a composite impression about the Web offerings.

We truly value your responses to this survey, and appreciate your help in our efforts to enhance our Web site to meet our users' needs.

Thank you.

[This survey will open in a new window: to return to the OR&R site after completing the survey, simply close that window and select the original window of your browser.
Please ignore the return link at the end of the survey.]
