          DEFENDANTS' RESPONSE TO PLAINTIFFS' NOTICE OF
                FILING SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION

     On November 8, 2005, P!aintiffs fi!ed "P!aintiffs' Notice of Fi!ing Supp!ementa!

Information." P!aintiffs attached to that notice a November 3, 2005 dec!aration of Ms. Mona

Infie!d. The dec!aration purports to support a provision for a 5-day period every month for

Interior to reconnect its computers. This provision emerged for the first time on Day 58 of the

59-day IT security hearing, in a proposed order submitted by P!aintiffs, see Docket #3 107

(7/28/05), and was adopted by the Court in its pre!iminary injunction. Present!y, no argument or

fi!ing requires this Court to consider this dec!aration or requires Defendants' response in this

Court. Defendants dispute the factua! assertions within Ms. Infie!d's dec!aration, and wi!! (and

respectfu!!y reserve the right to) present to the Court a substantive response if and when

P!aintiffs cite the dec!aration to the Court in conjunction with a fi!ing or argument.
