Here are the new PC game releases for January 2009. The release dates and games listed here are compiled from various sources and are subject to change without notice.
F.E.A.R. 2 Project Origin is the follow up to F.E.A.R, the highly rated survival horror game of supernatural suspense and pulse pounding action. F.E.A.R. 2 is due out in early Febuary and continues right where the original game left off. I've posted some screenshots and more information on the game and it's upcoming release.

Alien Breed Obliteration is a top down shoot'em up freeware action game that is a partial remake of Alien Breed 92 for the Amiga computer system. Players are on a mission to stop an alien invasion, levels are littered with ammo, weapons, powerups, heath bonuses and more. Download links and more information can be found on the free game page.

In Mirror's Edge players take on the role of a message runner named Faith who takes to the rooftops to evade being tracked by government officials as she tries to deliver messages between groups opposed to the totalitarian government in charge. Players will perform various acrobatic stunts through all sorts of urban landscapes; through the streets and on the rooftops of buildings. The game blends intense chase scenes with an nice mix of exciting combat and puzzle solving.
