USDA-NCC Carotenoid Database for U.S. Foods - 1998
This database was created through a collaborative effort between the USDA and the Nutrition Coordinating Center (NCC) at the University of Minnesota and was partially funded with grants from the National Cancer Institute (NCI). This is an update of the 1993 USDA-NCI Carotenoid Database. You will need the Adobe Acrobat viewer to view these reports.
Note: The values in this table have been incorporated into the USDA National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference, Release 16. Access to this database is provided here for those users who may wish to use it for historical reasons.
