The Trace Archive has been updated to accomodate TIs above 2147483647. Submission are now being processed again. The Trace Archive will now be working with unsigned 32-bit TIs. This change should be transparent to users. However, please report to NCBI any instances you might find of negative TIs. Please beware to treat TIs that you download from NCBI as unsigned 32-bit integers
